Pascale Maslin- Owner of EEE

Energy Efficiency Experts team member

PASCALE MASLIN is the owner of Energy Efficiency Experts, an energy auditing firm she began in 2007 to give people the tools and knowledge they need to take control of their energy consumption. Pascale has devoted her life’s work to environmental preservation. Her training includes eight years on a scientific research vessel conducting environmental research around the world to support the Biosphere II project. She coordinated the construction of the individual biomes in Arizona and was enclosed inside the self-sustaining biosphere for 6 months, charged with maintaining and operating the electro-mechanical systems.

Pascale completed a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Arizona and moved to the Washington, DC region in 1999 where she worked on pollution delineation projects and made cleanup recommendations. After all this experience in environmentally conscious living, Pascale wanted to share this knowledge and help others apply it to their own lives. She completed certifications with the Building Performance Institute and Residential Energy Services Network and has now performed hundreds of home energy audits across the DC region.

JUNIOR REID has been with EEE since the company first added an in-house crew, implementing the strategies outlined in the energy audit and turning homeowners’ hopes into realities. He is a trained roofer and all around handyman, the go-to guy for home efficiency projects beyond the capacity of most contractors. Despite being 5’11, he is incredibly talented at getting into tiny spaces, and so far has somehow managed to get himself back out every time.
